MINI ADJUSTS BASE PRICING FOR 2006 MODELS

Woodcliff Lake, NJ - February 1, 2006... MINI USA will make adjustments to the
base price of its models effective March 1, 2006. The base price of the MINI Cooper
hardtop, the MINI Cooper Convertible and the MINI Cooper S Convertible models
increase by $500. The MINI Cooper S hardtop base price increases by $300. All
2006 MINI options and package pricing remain unchanged.
2006 MINI Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices - Effective March 1st, 2006:
* MINI Cooper hardtop: $18,000
* MINI Cooper S hardtop: $21.450
* MINI Cooper Convertible: $22,500
* MINI Cooper S Convertible: $25,950
All prices above include a $550 Destination and Handling charge.
